Okay, I get the Computer Science part, but why Philosophy? Philosophy is good stuff. Hardly anyone thinks about anything very deeply. I prefer to find underlyng causes and explanations of things rather than just leave it at a simple answer. I prefer deep answers to questions, since most questions are deep. Philosophy is the love of knowledge, and it is simply an education in thinking. Thinking is the sole reason humans have become as successful as they have, so I feel it would be wise to study such a thing.
So, why are you so skinny anway?
Constant running during childhood probably. I became a vegetarian about a
year and a half ago, but it has not seemed to effect my body overly much.
Wait, you're a vegetarian? What's up with that?
Surprisingly little actually. My Dad is a vegetarian, a large portion of my friends
freshman year were. I had read literature on vegtarianism before, and before I
tried to hard to be one and it didn't work. But halfway through freshman year of
college, I just decided one day "Hmmm, I don't think I'll eat meat from now on."
And I haven't (with a few exceptions here and there - usually out of necessity).
I honestly don't have any great, over-arching reason for it. Its perhaps the only thing in my life that I do only because it feels like the right thing to do. And that is all.
So, do you eat chicken then? Or fish?
Sigh. No, those are meat. Meat being defined as the flesh of an animal.
I don't eat meat.
Note: Yes, I know that many of you out there consider fish not to be meat, but
to be 'fish'. Let me assure you that you are nuts. Is 'fish' the muscle tissue of
a dead fish? Is 'beef' the muscle tissue of a dead cow? Yes and yes?

What, are you kind of rebel or something? What are you trying to prove?
Not much really. In this case, I just don't want to eat meat and be pestered about
it overly much. In general, I am not much of a rebel. If you talk with me, I'm sure
you'll discover some interesting viewpoints, but I do not advertise them. This
is simply because I feel the people that do are obnoxious ignorant freaks.

Sure I do. But I usually have to be doing something or other in order to feel
good. Vegetating in front of a TV would not be a leisure activity I would overly
covet. Often, just by working on my computer I can have quite a bit of fun.
But that doesn't mean I don't do things with other people too.
Why aren't you using frames?
I'm not too proud of this fact, but I actually am using frames now. Go to my links page and see. In general, however, I'm not a big fan of frames. Too often, their functionality is marred by the fact
that they make the page ugly, slow, or confusing. I'll take my single documents
any day, thanks.
